Yoga and the Artist’s Way

Join us for a transformative six-week workshop integrating yoga, meditation, and creative exploration, inspired by Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way. Designed to help participants overcome creative blocks, cultivate mindfulness, and reconnect with their artistic intuition, this unique program blends movement and self-expression. Each session features a 45-minute flow-based vinyasa yoga sequence, combining breath with movement to create a dynamic and meditative practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary—beginners are welcome. In addition to yoga, guided journaling and writing prompts will help awaken creativity and establish a sustainable creative practice. Whether you’re an artist, writer, musician, or simply seeking to bring more creativity into your life, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore and grow.

The workshop is led by E. Brady Robinson, a Baltimore-based photographer and yoga instructor.

Sessions begin Monday, April 14th, and will be held weekly from 4–6 PM at Very Well (2 Hamill Rd, The Quad, Suite 311, Baltimore, MD 21210)—a serene and inspiring space for personal growth.

SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. Please don’t wait to sign up. You may register for each session individually, or you may select the entire series by checking the provided checkbox upon registering.

Cost: Sliding scale from $15 to $35 per session. (When registering, please use the provided slider to select your donation level.)

You will need to obtain a copy of The Artist’s Way, by Julia Cameron prior to the workshop for weekly readings. Bring your yoga mat, bottle of water, journal, and pen.
