You are invited to a relaxed, informal and interactive presentation to understand how your nervous system is an untapped resource for emotional balance, mental clarity and whole body health.
You are invited to experience the grounding and centering of a guided self-awareness practice. And take home simple body centered techniques to help you reduce stress and bring balance to emotions.
There will be time to share thoughts about what you experience, ask questions and anything you want discuss! It seems timely to be offering this support now due to the distress and trauma we all witness to in this valuable world we share.

About the Facilitator:
Baltimore-based Mary Barrett is the founder of White Horse BodyWisdom Coaching. Her experience includes Mind Body Coaching for Conscious Change at the Academy of Coaching With Horses, The Coaches Training Institute Leadership Program, Certified HeartMath® Coach, Reiki and SoundCode Therapy Practitioner and SoundTrue Healing Trauma Programs with Jeffrey Rutstein Psy.D.
Her coaching is informed by the work of leaders in nervous system regulation and somatic healing—Deb Dana, Peter Levine, Jeffrey Rutstein—as well Donna Eden, leader in energy medicine. In addition, she brings in opportunities for creative expression in writing, art, and movement.
